    Can I attach room photos or artwork files?

    Yes. The form accepts one JPG, PNG or PDF up to 5 MB. Use it for a room photograph, product reference or artwork file you are permitted to share.

    What information is needed before a custom quotation?

    Share the artwork direction, approximate finished dimensions, room or wall photograph and delivery country. Material and palette decisions can be refined during review.

    What should I include for an existing order?

    Include the WooCommerce order number, the name and email used at checkout, the delivery country and photographs when they help explain the question.
