Yes. Every mosaic is made to order. We review your artwork, dimensions, palette and material choices together, then confirm the final specification before production.

Can I change the colors or materials?

Yes. Share your room palette and installation environment so we can recommend suitable glass, stone, or a mixed-material approach.

How do I measure my wall?

Measure the finished width and height in several places and send a straight-on photo. We will flag allowances or site details that need confirmation.

Is a mosaic suitable for showers, pools, or outdoors?

Suitability depends on the selected material, substrate, adhesive system, climate, and installer. Tell us the environment before ordering.

How long does production take?

Lead time depends on size, complexity, and current production capacity. Your confirmed schedule is provided with the project quotation.

Do I need a professional installer?

We recommend an experienced tile installer for large murals and all wet-area projects. Numbered sections and a placement map are supplied.
