Products and visual references

Mosaic murals are assembled by hand from natural stone, glass and related materials. Small variations in color, veining, surface, joint and hand-cut shape are expected.

Room images, screen colors and digital proofs help communicate scale and direction but cannot reproduce every physical material or lighting condition exactly.

Orders, payment and approval

An automated website receipt confirms that the order was received. Production begins only after required specifications and approvals are complete and DS Mosaic confirms the order.

Customers are responsible for checking dimensions, orientation, delivery details and approved artwork before production.

Prices, shipping and import charges

Website prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. International freight, taxes, import duties, brokerage and local delivery charges may be separate unless included at checkout or confirmed in writing.

Production and transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If a material or delivery issue changes the confirmed schedule, we will communicate the available options.

Installation and site conditions

The customer and installer are responsible for verifying the substrate, waterproofing, adhesive, grout, movement joints, local building requirements and suitability for the installation environment.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Customers must have permission to reproduce artwork they provide. DS Mosaic designs, photographs and site content may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission.
